Get every person on your team working like your best one.

ReMynd Teams turns a week of real work into one report for leaders: a grade for every person, the blockers only you can clear, where the hours went, and the busywork worth automating first.

Sample report. Northfold and everyone in it are fictional. Select a person to open their week.

More output from the team you already have. No new hires. No longer hours.

Every Friday

One report that tells you what to do on Monday.

Not another analytics dashboard. Four answers, built from the work your team actually did this week.

A grade for every person, every day

Each workday is scored against that person’s role, not against their teammates, so your support lead and your engineer can both earn an A. Next to every grade is the one piece of work that mattered most that day.

The blockers only you can clear

Ranked by revenue at stake and how long they’ve waited. You find out on Friday that a deal has sat with legal for three days, not at the end of the quarter. Sometimes the person everyone is waiting on is you.

Where the hours actually went

Time lost, split three ways for every person: distraction, busywork a machine could do, and waiting on someone else. The sample team lost 67.7 hours in one week, the equivalent of 1.7 full-time people you are already paying.

A path to an A for everyone

Specific fixes, ranked by the hours they return: an automation, a shortcut, a habit, or a teammate worth copying. Each one comes with the evidence behind it and a projected grade, and each person sees their plan before you do.

Copy your best people

See what your A players do differently.

ReMynd compares how your top performers actually work with how everyone else does, then tells you who to coach and on what. Measured from the week, not from a survey.

Automations

Every automation spelled out before anything runs.

ReMynd spots the work people repeat by hand and shows exactly what an automation would do instead: the trigger, each step, what it can touch, and what it will never do. Nothing runs until the person it affects approves it.

The math

Put in your own numbers.

The sample team lost 6.8 hours per person in one week. Change the inputs to see what the same leak costs your team over a year.

Time lost a year

$204,000

3,128 hours, or 1.7 full-time people you already pay for.

An estimate, using 46 working weeks and 1,840 working hours per person a year.

Getting started

From first call to first report in a week.

  1. 1

    Pick one team

Start where output matters most and blockers are most expensive, usually sales, support or operations.

  2. 2

    Install ReMynd on their Macs

Setup takes about a minute per person. Each person’s screen and call history stays on their own Mac.

  3. 3

Read the first report on Friday

Everyone sees their own report first. Then you get the team report, the blockers, and the fixes worth approving.

Privacy

Built so your team can say yes.

A report nobody trusts gets switched off. ReMynd Teams is designed around what leaders need to act on, and nothing more.

Leaders see

  • Grades, and the reasoning behind them
  • One-line evidence, like “Tue 1:05–3:29 PM · LinkedIn to HubSpot”
  • Blockers, time lost, and suggested fixes

Leaders never see

  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • The text of messages, emails or documents
  • Personal apps and sites, which are kept out of capture

How it stays fair

  • Each person reads their report before you do, and can dispute a grade
  • Recordings stay on each person’s Mac
  • Calls are transcribed on the person’s Mac, not on our servers. Recording-consent rules where your team works still apply.

Questions

Common questions

Is ReMynd Teams employee monitoring?

It is built to be the opposite of surveillance. Each person gets their own report before leadership does, recordings stay on their own Mac, and leaders see grades, summaries and one-line evidence rather than screens. We recommend telling your team exactly what it measures before you start, and we will help you do that.

Is ReMynd Teams available today?

It is in early access. We are onboarding a small number of teams directly, which is why the first step is a call.

Does it work on Windows or Linux?

Not yet. ReMynd is a Mac app today. Capture, on-device text recognition and the local index are all built on macOS.

How is a grade calculated?

Each workday is scored out of 100 against that person's role goals: outcomes (40%), focus (25%), follow-through on commitments (20%), and time not lost to waiting or hand-copying (15%). The week grade is the average of the days.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the team. We will walk through it on the call.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes. We ask which team you would start with and what is slowing it down, walk you through a sample report, and tell you plainly whether ReMynd Teams is a fit.
